Renting an inflatable is straightforward. You can browse our selection online, choose your favorite inflatable, and book directly through our website or over the phone. We'll ask for the date of your event, the duration of the rental, and the location for setup. A deposit of $50.00 is typically required to secure your reservation. We handle the delivery, setup, and takedown of the inflatable to ensure it’s properly installed and safe for use. We recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, to ensure the availability of your chosen inflatable.

Safety is our top priority. We ensure that all our inflatables meet safety standards and are regularly inspected and cleaned. Upon delivery, our trained staff will set up the inflatable and provide you with detailed safety instructions. It is important to supervise all children using the inflatable at all times and adhere to the specific guidelines, such as weight limits and the number of users allowed at one time. We also recommend setting up the inflatable on a flat, open area away from any hazards like trees, fences, or power lines. In case of bad weather, particularly high winds or lightning, use of the inflatables should be discontinued immediately. All bounce houses are a shoe free zone.
